Summary:
This position works remotely to register patients by interviewing and entering demographic data into the health center's computer system and preparing forms and patient ID band.
Registrars also perform collection duties including point of service collections, payment of bills, cashing personal checks and other miscellaneous duties.
The registrar handles customers of all ages and ensures no minor patient is left unattended in the registration area.
Collaborates with on-site staff to ensure patient registration is accurate and complete.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education High school graduate or GED Minimum Experience One year clerical/computer experience preferred Required Registration/License/Certification None Location:
Salina Regional Health Center MH Pat Fin Services Schedule:
Full Time, Varied Shifts, Monday-Friday 5:
30pm-10pm & Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
