Customized Early Education was developed to help existing early childhood programs, centers, homes, preschools, and Head Starts fill their daily staffing shortages.
These professionals will choose their own schedules and work where they choose to work.
CEE employees will schedule themselves for the days they are available to work.
After all, KDHE trainings are completed, then CEE Substitutes will be ready to accept their assignments with contracted early childhood programs.
Requirements include:
Fingerprinting and background checks, health assessment, TB test, Pediatric First Aid/CPR, 18-hour online training, work references, high school diploma, 12.
5 hours of observation in our contracted centers.
Ongoing paid in-service hours required 2 per month.
Previous early childhood education experience is preferred, but we will train the right people for this very important work.

CEE's pay scale is based on dependability, education, experience and your ability to work in various early childhood settings.
Dependability is key in early childhood programs, CEE professionals will assist in making sure classrooms remain open and the children's care is uninterrupted.
